AIA’s Future Leaders Programme offers graduates hands‑on rotations across multiple business units, including corporate solutions, human resources, operations, partnership distribution, proposition & healthcare and technology. Over 2.5 years, participants work on strategic projects, receive leadership training and mentorship and gain exposure to diverse functions. The programme prepares future leaders with a broad understanding of the insurance business and fosters innovation and collaboration.
